Improvements for Web Application

Modify Subject Line for Email Alerts

Alert names are now used to write subject lines for alert emails. This means that a user may customize the subject line for an alert email by simply editing the alert name.

Bug Fixes for Web Application

Fixes issues of:

• Failure to find TagValue record to update specified id
• Files with four character extensions not displaying on Repair Request dialog
• Invalid binary content
• Password token expiring
